Settle in for an unforgettable afternoon in the stunning BiteRiot orchard with The Long Picnic, a gourmet four-course FOOD Week celebration crafted by renowned local chef Mick Apps. Begin your experience with a glass of Rikard Wines sparkling on arrival before wandering the orchard to choose your perfect private picnic spot.

Relax under the apple trees as you enjoy three beautifully prepared courses in your own picnic setting, surrounded by nature. Throughout the afternoon, be serenaded by two beloved local performers Cath Adams (The Voice finalist) and Kyle Manning, bringing warm acoustic vibes to the orchard.

Guests can also explore the property with a guided tour through the packing facility, discovering how the orchard operates behind the scenes. Along the way, you’ll have the chance to pick your own bag of orchard-fresh apples straight from the tree to take home.

As the sun lowers, gather by the dam for a magical final course, dessert served waterside, with great tunes, great wine, and a truly special rural atmosphere. Additional Rikard Wines, beer, and non-alcoholic options will be available for purchase.
